Refunds will be given on faulty goods unfortunately no refunds on face masks.

Damages

By ordering with Time 2 Shine you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Time 2 Shine does not accept damage liability for issues not reported to us within 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued with the same payment method used with your original order. Please allow 1-3 working days for the payment to process once the refund has been received

Returns

Please contact us prior to returning goods. All goods must be returned to Time 2 Shine, Portway Yard, Coes Road, Dundalk, Co.Louth. 

 

Should an emergency arise with the use of Zapptizer. Take the necessary actions as stated on website and seek medical attention. All emergencies should go directly to Zapptizer in the UK on +44(0)2080505121
