Refunds will be given on faulty goods unfortunately no refunds on face masks.
By ordering with Time 2 Shine you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Time 2 Shine does not accept damage liability for issues not reported to us within 2 working days from the point of delivery.
